Családi Csomag (Family Package)

Can’t survive a minute without your loved ones? Give them a call!

Call your family for a minute fee of HUF 0 using Telenor’s family discounts.

The Family Package service is recommended for family members and close friends who phone each other regulary and long.

The service can be ordered by any Telenor postpaid subscriber, who can then invite prepaid subscribers to join the service.

Choose from the following types of Family Package services:

  • Family Package
    for postpaid subscribers
  • Prepaid Family
    Package
  • Prepaid Family
    Package Mini

For postpaid customers, the monthly fee of the service is HUF 1099 per subscription, which includes 1000 minutes of calling within the caller group within Hungary.
A HUF 2.50 call setup fee per call shall also be invoiced.

Postpaid subscribers can order the Family Package service and list the prepaid or Limit subscribers that they wish to invite to the caller group.

In order to use the service, at least two active subscriptions are required, one of which must be a postpaid subscription. There can be up to 6 postpaid subscriptions in the caller group and they must belong to the same customer.

In the case of calls exceeding the 1,000 minute limit, we shall invoice the minute fee set for calls within the network that is applicable to the tariff package of the subscription.

The monthly fee of the service for Telenor prepaid and Limit subscribers is HUF 949 per subscription, which includes 1000 minutes of calling within the caller group within Hungary.
A HUF 2.50 call setup fee per call shall also be invoiced.

Postpaid subscribers can order the Family Package service and list the prepaid or Limit subscribers that they wish to invite to the caller group.

The monthly fee of the Family Package Mini service for Telenor prepaid and Limit subscribers is HUF 499 per subscription and includes 100 minutes of of calling within the caller group within Hungary. A HUF 2.50 call setup fee per call shall also be invoiced.

Postpaid subscribers can order the Family Package service and list the prepaid or Limit subscribers that they wish to invite to the caller group. By default, the Family Package for prepaid subscribers will be activated for a monthly fee of HUF 1099 and can be changed to the Prepaid Family Package Mini service by the prepaid or Limit subscriber after activation.

In order to use the service, at least two active subscriptions are required, one of which must be a postpaid subscription. There can be up to 3 prepaid or Limit subscriptions in the caller group.

Ordering

The Family Package service can be ordered by postpaid customers in the following ways:

  • in person at Telenor Sales Points
  • via Telenor’s online customer serviceTelenor Online
    (If you have customer-level registration, you should enter your customer number and customer-level password. The service cannot be ordered via this channel if you have card-level registration.)
  • via Telenor’s Customer Service Line at 1220.

When ordering the service, postpaid subscribers will be asked to provide their customer number, customer-level password, or photo ID card at sales points for identification.

The Family Package service may only be ordered for postpaid subscriptions having the same customer number belonging to the same postpaid customer and must be activated for each of them.

When ordering the service, the postpaid subscriber must name the prepaid or Limit subscribers to be invited to join the caller group.
Prepaid and Limit subscribers within the caller group receive an SMS notifying them of the invitation and can send a reply SMS accepting or rejecting the invitation. To join, a reply SMS with the word CSALAD must be sent to 06 20 20 20 200, or NEMCSALAD to reject the invitation. The invitation must be accepted within 72 hours, otherwise it will be canceled.

By default, the Family Package for prepaid subscribers will be activated for a monthly fee of HUF 949 per subscription. After activation, the prepaid or Limit subscriber can change to the Prepaid Family Package Mini service by calling 1741 or through any of the channels listed above.

Good to know!

The monthly fee for the service will be deducted from the balance of the prepaid subscribers. If the balance amount is insufficient to cover the monthly fee of the service, the service will be suspended.

A call setup fee shall also be invoiced in the case of services which contain a minute discount, in the event that the given tariff package has a call setup fee.

More information

  • The Family Package service may be used by residential subscribers.
  • The service may be cancelled at any time and if cancelled, will be terminated within 72 hours. However, the entire monthly fee will be deducted for the relevant billing cycle.
  • If for any reason, the postpaid subscription itself or the related Family Package is terminated, from then on the service will no longer be available to prepaid and Limit subscriptions in the caller group.
  • This service may not be combined with any other discount and is only valid for domestic voice calls within Telenor’s Hungarian network with call forwarding, SMS and MMS sending, and excluding data and fax calls.
  • The Family Package service may not be combined with the Díjcsökkentő (CostSaving) and Egycsoport (OneGroup) services. Those services must be cancelled. The Call Forwarding service may be combined with the Family Package service and the fee is the same as the one that applies to normal call forwarding within the network.
  • Any domestic or international voice calls made, forwarded or redirected by Family Package subscribers will be disconnected after 60 minutes.
  • Switching tariff packages: If a subscriber changes from postpaid subscription to a prepaid or Limit subscription, the service will be cancelled.
  • If a subscriber transfers his or her prepaid Telenor or Limit subscriptions, the service will be cancelled. If the subscriber decides to order the service again, this will be regarded as a new activation.
