Common terms and conditions for the MyTalk, MyChat and MyTalk&Chat packages

• MyTalk, MyChat and MyTalk&Chat packages are available for a monthly fee.
• The Operator attempts to deduct the monthly fee on the starting date (due date) of each cycle. If sufficient balance is not available on the Subscriber’s prepaid account, the Subscriber can use the tariff package without the discounts (cost-saving services), and the discounts on calls and data included in the package will not be applied to the Subscriber’s account. If the prepaid account is topped up with an amount that covers the monthly fee for the service during the prepaid cycle, the entire monthly fee will be deducted during the cycle and the discounts on the monthly fee will be available for the remaining period of the prepaid cycle.
• Unused discount(s) may not be carried over to the next prepaid cycle, even if the monthly fee is deducted during the cycle.
• The Subscriber is only allowed to order one MyTalk, MyChat or MyTalk&Chat service at the same time.Switch between packages is free of charge. The unused discounts will be lost in the switch process.
•If the domestic data traffic included in the package is used up and the Subscriber does not have a mobile internet service package, the domestic and general data traffic will be capped at 32/32 Kbps download and upload speed until the end of the prepaid cycle.

MyTalk Extra 100 Minutes

Have you used the 100 minutes included in MyTalk? Would you like to talk for a further Extra 100 minutes at a discount minute fee? Send the word ‘100perc’ (100 minutes) to 1744.

MyTalk Extra 100 perc (MyTalk Extra 100 Minutes) is a supplementary service that can only be used in combination with the MyTalk package. The service provides 100 minutes available for domestic calls. The service can be used for 30 days from the date the order is placed. The unused discount minute quota will be terminated after the expiry of the service.

MyTalk Extra 100 Minutes can be ordered multiple times; however, the unused discount quota provided by the previously ordered MyTalk Extra 100 Minutes service will be terminated upon re-ordering.
