Telenor Weboffice services are available to business customers only. Business customers are subscribers with a valid tax ID number. In order to use the Telenor Weboffice service, a computer or mobile device and Internet connectivity are required.
The Weboffice service is provided by Central Europe On-Demand Zrt. through Telenor.
As a precondition to the use of the Telenor Weboffice service, you must accept the License conditions for users and the Terms of Acceptable Use and Prohibition of Spam. For these documents, please refer to the Weboffice website.
Telenor Weboffice includes four services, each of which can be ordered separately or together.
The service can be ordered or cancelled at Telenor Sales Points, via Telenor’s Customer Service Line at 1220 or +36 20 200 0000 or Telenor’s online customer service, Telenor Online.
There are two types of orders for this service:
Subscription-based orders: the service is ordered for a Telenor subscriber phone number. In this case, the service will be activated for the subscriber phone number(s) registered under the customer number and provided by the subscriber. For subscription-based orders, the number of accesses ordered may not exceed the number of active subscriptions belonging to the subscriber’s customer number.
Package-based orders: for subscribers who need more accesses to the service than the number of Telenor subscriptions owned. In this case, the service can also be ordered for the active Telenor Weboffice contact account (subscriber phone number) belonging to the subscriber’s customer number, irrespective of the number of active subscriptions belonging to the subscriber’s customer number. The full package price will be charged for all package-based orders.
After ordering the Telenor Weboffice service, the user receives passwords. The subscriber is responsible for ensuring the proper use and confidentiality of these passwords.
Administrative issues related to the Telenor Weboffice services can be dealt with via the Administration Portal interface by any user having the appropriate authorisation. The Administration Portal can be accessed via the Weboffice website which features a detailed description of use. The service is available to the following users:
Telenor Weboffice Contact Person: The primary contact person for the services ordered, designated by the subscriber. The Telenor Weboffice Contact Person authorisation can be activated for any of the subscriber’s subscriptions through one of Telenor’s personal sales channels after customer-level identification. Only one Telenor Weboffice Contact Person can be assigned to a subscriber customer number. The password for the Administration Portal will be sent to the Contact Person in an SMS message. In order to use the Telenor Weboffice, the Contact Person must configure the basic settings of the services and Weboffice users. By default, there are no Telenor Weboffice services (e.g. Corporate Email) belonging to this user type; these must be ordered separately. The Contact Person has the following authorisations:
- to make certain changes to the parameters of the Telenor Weboffice services ordered and set the domain on the Administration Portal
- to carry out administrative tasks associated with Weboffice users (creation, change, deletion, access to and authorisations for services ordered, changing passwords, sending SMS notifications from the Administration Portal)
- to create a specific number of Weboffice administrators
Weboffice administrator: a person designated by the Contact Person and who has the following authorisations:
- to make certain changes to the parameters of the Telenor Weboffice services on the Administration Portal
- to handle the administration of Weboffice end users (creation, change, deletion, access to and authorisations for services purchased, changing passwords, sending SMS notifications from the Administration Portal)
Weboffice end user: the users created by the Contact Person or the Weboffice administrator, and who has the following authorisations:
- to use the services set up for him
- to change his own password through the web interface.
In order to use the Corporate Email and Corporate Email Pro services, a domain is also required.
Inclusion of existing domain
The inclusion of an existing domain in the services should be initiated by the subscriber at the operator of the domain. The operator of the domain can redirect mail to the Corporate Email (Microsoft Exchange 2010) service of the Telenor Weboffice by changing the domain registration in the DNS.
Domain registration for setting up corporate emailing:
You can purchase a new domain name with the help of a domain name registrar and operator, or IRQ Hungary Zrt., the domain name registrar and operator recommended by Telenor. If you choose our partner, we will cover the costs of the registration and maintenance of 1 domain name. For more information, visit http://www.irq.hu/telenor/
You will be responsible for covering the costs of registration and transferring the registration of any additional domain names.
