Using our service you can easily access your email and calendar online through your mobile phone. With help of this easy-to-install application that supports the most popular web-based e-mail services, you can easily access your mailbox through your phone without compromising your user experience.The service enables wireless connection between the mailing systems of Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino with a mobile phone capable of such functions (e.g.: Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile or J2ME).

To whom do we recommend the Telenor Contact Corporate service?

We recommend the Workgroup Edition to individual and SME clients who would like to provide mobile email and calendar access to 1–25 users.

The Enterprise Edition provides medium and large enterprise customers with the possibility to offer simple mobile access to Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino systems for 25 to 250 users.

  • Online forwarding (push): email messages and calendar and contacts data are automatically forwarded to a mobile phone supporting this service.

Both versions enable receipt of messages in push mode; as a result you automatically receive your new emails and calendar entries via your mobile phone.

The monthly gross fee of the service is HUF 1990 per subscription, not including a traffic quota usable for GPRS traffic. The Telenor Contact Corporate service includes the functions provided by the Telenor Contact service such as private email synchronisation and instant messaging (Google Talk).

  • You can try the service without a monthly fee in the first 30 days. You will not have to make an order if you want to use this option; you will only have to register within the application. There is no data traffic included in the trial option. The user will be charged for the fees of the data traffic at the rates of the GPRS based Online service (such as Mobil Online Start) applicable to the subscription.
  • Choose the Mobile Only monthly fee service that is best suited to your needs, while the data traffic included in the monthly fee of this package may also be used for the domestic data traffic generated by the Telenor Contact Corporate service. The monthly fee for the Mobile Online package will be invoiced separately from the monthly fee for Telenor Contact Corporate.

The application required to use Telenor Contact Corporate can be downloaded free of charge from our website. Depending on the size of your company, you can choose from two different versions.

Conditions of use

  • The Telenor Contact and Telenor Contact Corporate services and its items are provided exclusively by Seven Networks Seven Networks International Ltd Company (registry No. FI-1560088-5, registered address: Paciuksenkatu 29 FI-00270 Helsinki, Finland, or its affiliates, related parties or contractual partners, hereinafter jointly as “Seven”) through the Service Provider's network.
  • Seven's services and software applications may only be used if the terms of use specified in the effective Telenor GTC (SOFTWARE LICENCE USE TERMS) are accepted. The acceptance of these terms is a condition for using the Telenor Contact Corporate service.

Telenor Contact Corporate

  • After the expiry of the trial period, the service may only be used if the service is ordered and its monthly fee is paid and the Telenor Contact Corporate application is downloaded to and installed on the mobile phone. The license for the mobile phone application ensuring the operation of the service may be downloaded from the website of the Service Provider, free of charge. The user will be charged for the fees of the data traffic of downloading the application at the rates of the GPRS based Online service (such as Mobil Online Start) applicable to the subscription. The size of the application is approximately 1 MB, but varies depending on the type of the device.
  • If the Subscriber does not order the service before the trial period expires, it will automatically be disabled.
  • The service is activated regardless of whether you actually download the application. Therefore, if you order the service you will need to pay a subscription fee even if the application has not been downloaded to your device or it has been deleted.
  • The Telenor Contact Corporate service cannot be used with djuice, Red Bull Mobile or Mobile Internet tariff packages.
  • After the trial period expires, the Telenor Contact service may only be used in combination with a Mobile Online service package that includes at least 100 MB of data traffic.
  • Telenor Contact Corporate can only be used if the Subscriber also has a GPRS based Online service (such as Mobil Online Start). If no additional Mobile Online package is selected subject to a monthly fee, the traffic fee will be determined on the basis of the Mobile Online Start service that is available without a monthly fee but subject to a data traffic fee. In this case, the Service Provider will activate this as a basic service and add it to the subscription.
  • If the Mobile Online Service added to the subscription is limited or terminated for any reason, the Telenor Contact Corporate service will be limited or terminated automatically.
  • The Subscriber can use the service by connecting to the Service Provider’s telecommunications network through the “Online” service access point. The Service Provider will provide access to this service.
  • The service may only be used with a mobile handset that supports the Telenor Contact Corporate application (an updated list and the terms of use of such devices are available on the service provider's website: www.telenor.hu and www.seven.com).
  • The various functions (e-mail, calendar, contact list and instant messaging) are available depending on the functionality of the various device types.
  • The Seven Push Connector server software has to be installed beside the corporate e-mail system (MS Exchange or Lotus Domino). It carries out the encryption and forwarding of messages and data, and is also used by the system administrator to set up the parameters of the service and to regulate the operation of the system. The server software can be downloaded from the Service Provider's website free of charge. The system requirements are also available here (www.telenor.hu).
  • If the device is replaced or the service is cancelled, it is the Subscriber's responsibility to delete the data and messages stored on the device. The data are not deleted automatically from the device when the service is cancelled.
  • Unless the Subscriber uses different settings, the Telenor Contact Corporate service synchronises the registered mailboxes continuously abroad as well. The data traffic entails a fee subject to the traffic fees applicable to foreign use.
  • GPRS based Internet or WAP services traffic fees charged for use abroad abroad or such traffic fees for data traffic in directions other than the above are on the basis of the Tariff Table included in the effective GTC.
  • The service is automatically terminated if the service is transferred to another person, or when the user switches from a postpaid to a prepaid subscription, or from a new generation prepaid tariff package to a prepaid subscription, or in the case of migration to another mobile operator. Except in cases of migration to another Service Provider, the Subscriber must order the service again if the Subscriber would like to continue to use the service.

For postpaid subscriptions

  • The services will be activated within 3 working days from the day the order is made. The Subscriber will be required to pay a full monthly fee for the time remaining until the end of the invoicing period.
  • Although the Subscriber may cancel the service at any time, cancellation only becomes effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

For prepaid subscriptions

  • The services will be activated within 3 working days from the day the order is made. The Subscriber shall pay the prorated monthly fee for the period remaining from the activation date to the end of the billing cycle.
  • If the Subscriber's balance is depleted but has paid the service fee, he or she can use the service until the end of the billing cycle as long as no limits have been placed on the Mobile Internet service attached to the subscription.
  • Although the Subscriber may cancel the service at any time, cancellation only becomes effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
