Bandwidth available for browsing and emailing - download: 1 mbps; upload: 256 kbps. After the multimedia quota is exhausted, data traffic speed is 32/32 kbps, the domestic over-limit fee is HUF 0. * The tariff packages include unlimited browsing andemailing on your mobile phone, as well as sending and viewing attached files within Hungary (and data traffic through the Opera Mini browser, up to Opera Mini V6.0) that is not part of the data traffic included in the monthly fee, and the transfer speed of which will not be reduced after reaching the data traffic quota included in the tariff package. The data traffic included in the tariff package may only be used through online APN. Bandwidth available for special traffic types - download: 1 mbps; upload: 256 mbps.
The data traffic included in the monthly fee may be used in Hungary within the Telenor network. After reaching the data traffic quota, the data traffic fee is HUF 0 within Hungary.

The following are not deemed unlimited data traffic
in Smart Tariffs

browsing, uploading to and viewing images on Facebook and other social networking sites;
emailing, sending and viewing attachments;
email synchronisation on smartphones with Android or other operating systems;
using Google Maps;
browsing in Opera Mini as specified above (up to Opera Mini V6.0);

- voice and video chat
- use of multimedia applications, online gaming
- software or application updates, downloading applications to the smartphone
- Internet radio, internet video (e.g. Indavideo, Videa, YouTube, Metacafe)

If the amount of data included in your Smart Tariff package is not enough, order an additional quota of 100 MB or 500 MB.

Please note that when using mobile phones or smartphones, applications running in the background may automatically generate data traffic that may be subject to a fee, depending on the data traffic included in the Smart Tariff ordered.

The minutes included in the tariff package may be used for domestic standard-rate calls (see table for a breakdown of fees outside/within the Telenor Hungary network), but may not be used for calling the Invitel Special Directory Service, for calls connected by the Invitel Domestic Directory Service, call forwarding, calling numbers that may be called free of charge within the Service Provider’s service area, or calling the Telephone Time Service and using the Account Information Service. The minute discount is not available for international, roaming and premium-rate calls, or MobileShopping. Traffic is measured in one-minute units. Discounts cannot be combined with subscriptions or carried over to the next billing period. The discounts included in the monthly subscription fee are applicable to the actually invoiced monthly subscription fee in all cases.
Rules governing restrictions on download and upload speeds:
After reaching the multimedia data traffic quota included in the monthly fee, the service is available at 32/32 kbps download and upload speed. If the data transfer technology’s target value (specified in Chapter 4 of the General Terms and Conditions) available at the place of use is higher than 32/32 kbps, 32/32 kbps speed is provided in 80% of cases. The speed restriction is lifted at the end of each billing period. The above definitions of browsing and emailing are based on the definitions published by the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3.org) and the Internet Engineering Task Force (www.ietf.org).

Browsing: an activity carried out on platforms supporting web browsers that enables real-time access to, and display and publication of, data stored on web servers in text or image format with the help of the Internet.

Emailing: a non real-time web-based data storage and transfer service that enables sending and receiving of electronic messages over the Internet.

Traffic quota is reduced by 1 kB increments. Data traffic is billed in 0.01 MB increments. Each increment begun will be charged for. In other respects, the rules concerning Mobile Internet service packages will be applicable.

Services without monthly fee included in the tariff package: Call Hold, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP), Voice Mail, SMS, MMS. The per-minute fees for calling the voice mail service corresponds to the per-minute fees for calls made to domestic networks in every tariff package.
