Our prepaid customers can only use the Praktikum Roaming 20 and Praktikum Roaming 50 packages in the countries listed on the page, where calls may be made using codes or where one of the simplified roaming services is available.
Further information
- You can use this package with a prepaid or New Generation Prepaid subscription.
- The package is valid for 30 days. The service is independent from the prepaid period and so may be ordered at any time. The 30-day period begins from the date the order is placed.
- The package is valid for Zones 1, 2 and 3, so you can use your discount minutes anywhere in the world (in countries Telenor has a roaming agreement with).
- The airtime and the number of text messages included in the package do not include Zone 4, satellite or maritime zones.
- The package is valid for 30 days; if you fail to use it all within that period, the SMS and airtime discounts expire.
- If you use your discount roaming traffic/SMS quota and you do not purchase a new package, the rates listed in the General Terms and Conditions will be billed.
- The service package may be ordered multiple times during the validity period but when you re-order, you lose the unused items from the previous package. E.g. If you have already used 16 minutes and 20 text messages from your Praktikum Roaming 20 package and you decide to order the Praktikum Roaming 50 package, you lose the remaining 4 minutes from your Praktikum Roaming 20 package.
- The two service packages may not be used concurrently.
