Netroaming monitor

The Netroaming-figyelő (Net Roaming Monitor) service allows you to use the GPRS-based roaming service up to a limit of 29 MB.

When you reach 80% of the limit, you receive an SMS notifying you that you have used up 80% of the traffic quota pertaining to the limit. Once the limit has been reached, the GPRS roaming service is blocked unless you authorise further use separately or cancel the service.

You can continue to use the GPRS roaming function
if you request GPRS roaming for the current prepaid period via the customer service line. In this case, limit monitoring resumes with the next prepaid cycle.
If you do not request further use, then once the limit has been reached the GPRS roaming service will not be available until the beginning of the next prepaid cycle. From the first day of the next prepaid cycle, the GPRS roaming service will once again be available as above.

As of 1 July 2010, Telenor’s Netroaming-figyelő service, which enables the monitoring of Internet roaming, will be extended to some networks in Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.*

The order is considered valid once the Subscriber has received SMS notification of activation. The service applies only to GPRS roaming in countries of the EU and the European Economic Area as well as through certain networks of Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.

If the Netroaming-figyelő service is cancelled, you may continue to use GPRS roaming. In the case of service cancellation, the service may be re-ordered 5 calendar days from cancellation at the earliest.
