* The promotional 30 SMS, 100 SMS service may be requested from 17 May 2011 until the withdrawal of the offer.

• Before the end of the promotion, a notification on the withdrawal of the offer will be sent by SMS to the phone numbers which the services were ordered from. After the withdrawal, at the end of the billing cycle, the services will be terminated and the promotional services may not be requested in the future.

• The services may only be ordered along with the tariff packages Basic Tariff and Smart Tariff and may only be used within the domestic mobile network until the end of the relevant billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, the number of unused SMSs will be reset and may not be carried over to the next billing cycle.
• When the service is ordered, the entire monthly fee is charged in all cases, and the entire discount may be used, even for a fractional period. The service may be cancelled at any time, but it will be terminated (along with the discounts it includes) on the subscription at the end of the billing cycle.
• If you switch to a tariff package other than Basic Tariff or Smart Tariff, or initiate a transfer or a change, the amount of data included in the tariff package or service but not used until the day of the switch, of the transfer or of the change will be cancelled.
• The service, as a (continuous) service with a monthly fee, will be valid on subscription until the subscriber cancels it or it is terminated for any other reason in relation to the subscription or it becomes invalid due to the withdrawal of the promotion.
• No other service offering text messaging at a discounted price may be ordered in parallel with the 30 SMS or 100 SMS services. If you already have another service offering text messaging at a discounted price at the time you order the 30 SMS or the 100 SMS services, the other service offering text messaging at a discounted price will be automatically terminated at the end of the billing period and will not be re-activated automatically upon cancellation or termination of the service.

• The Service Provider will increase the number of SMSs available at the time of the activation after submitting the order by the number of SMSs included in the service, if there are SMSs available from the previously ordered service in the relevant billing cycle. If the number of SMSs included in the service is reached during the billing cycle, the subscriber may send text messages for the traffic fee included in the tariff package and the number of SMSs included in the service will be available from the start of the next billing cycle.
