The promotional Roaming Caller service offers phone calls at a discounted price from and within countries in tariff zone 1.

Fees

Billing unit: 1 minute. A call setup fee will be charged for calls made and received in the aforementioned directions. The service may be ordered along with any postpaid and prepaid tariff package.

The service is activated within 72 hours regardless of the postpaid or prepaid period. You will receive an SMS when the service is activated and when it is terminated. The service may be cancelled at any time, in which case it will be terminated on the subscription within 72 hours.

Additional information

• The service may be ordered during the promotional period, from 17 May 2011 until withdrawn.
• After the withdrawal, the promotional service may not be requested in the future.
  Before the end of the promotion, Telenor will send a notification on the withdrawal of the offer in due time by SMS to the subscriber phone numbers from which the services were ordered.
• The service may not be ordered if other roaming discounts are used.
• If you already have another service offering roaming discount at the time you order the service concerned, the other service offering roaming discount will be automatically terminated regardless of the billing period and will not be re-activated automatically upon cancellation or termination of the Service.
• If you order another service offering roaming for your subscription while using Roaming Caller, this service will be terminated regardless of the billing cycle.
• If you switch or transfer to a postpaid tariff package, the service on the subscription will will not be terminated, but should you change to a prepaid or new generation prepaid subscription, the service will be terminated and may be reordered until the end of the promotional period.
• In the case of calls made from roaming tariff zone 1 to networks other than the aforementioned, the regular roaming fees specified in the General Terms & Conditions will be applicable in the relevant country.
