Family Package - free for pre-paid customers

Telenor brings the family together. We offer you an enhanced, even more favourable service that helps you keep in touch with your loved ones.

After registration, our prepaid customers can use the Family Package service free of charge, and enjoy HUF 0 per-minute rates for calls within the family.

With Telenor, parents do not need to worry that their children with prepaid subscriptions will not be able to call them because they have used up their credit. From now on, prepaid customers within the family can use the Family Package service free of charge, enabling them to call their nearest even if they have a HUF 0 balance.

Fees

From 24 August 2010 until withdrawn, the Family Package service will be available to Telenor prepaid and Limit subscribers free of charge. Postpaid customers can use the service for a monthly fee of HUF 930 per subscription.

How to register for the no-monthly-fee service

  • If you are not yet a Telenor subscriber, visit one of our shops.

  • From 24 August 2010, the free-of-charge service is automatically activated for prepaid Telenor subscribers and Limit tariff package subscribers who are invited to the Family Package for the first time.

  • Prepaid Telenor customers and Limit tariff package subscribers who are already using the Family Package service can register for the no-monthly-fee service via one of the following channels:
    • automated service ordering and cancelling line on call number 1741
    • Telenor Online web-based customer service
    • Telenor sales points
    • SMS text message
    • To register for the service via SMS send the word ‘dijmentescsaladi’ (without spaces or accents) to +36 20 20 20 200.

Once the service with a monthly fee has been cancelled and the no-monthly-fee service has been activated, customers will be notified via SMS.

Important facts:

  • The Family Package service may be used by residential subscribers.
  • The service which entails no monthly fee will only be activated for prepaid Telenor subscribers or Limit tariff customers with a positive balance. The service is not available to customers with a djuice tariff.
  • The service can only be used if at least two active subscriptions have been added to the group, of which at least one must be a postpaid subscription. A further 6 postpaid and 3 prepaid or Limit subscriptions may be included.
  • Postpaid subscriptions: the service is available for the subscriptions that belong to the same customer number and must be activated for all such subscriptions.
  • Prepaid and Limit subscriptions: at least one postpaid subscription must be added to the group and up to 3 prepaid or Limit subscriptions may be added to the group by invitation of the postpaid subscription.
  • If, for any reason, the postpaid subscription or the related Family Package is terminated, the service is no longer available to the prepaid and Limit subscriptions in the caller group.
  • Domestic and international voice calls made, forwarded or redirected by subscribers with a Family Package will be disconnected after 60 minutes.
  • The Family Package discount may not be combined with any other discount and is only valid for domestic voice calls within the Telenor Hungary network.

Further information:

  • In the special case of switching tariff packages: If a subscriber who uses the no- monthly-fee service switches from Telenor to djuice, after the switch the service will entail a monthly fee.
  • Transfer: If a subscriber transfers their prepaid Telenor or Limit subscriptions, the service will be cancelled. If the subscriber decides to order the service again, this will be regarded as a new activation.
  • Change: If a subscriber changes their subscription from a postpaid to a prepaid or Limit subscription, the service will be cancelled.
