Information on maximum speed:Telenor only offers download and upload speeds higher than 7.2 Mbps and 2 Mbps, respectively, in the Hipernet 21 and 42 tariff packages.The maximum speed provided with Hipernet tariff packages is a nominal value. It is determined by the availability of the network technology at the given location, the availability of a device supporting the technology and the network load at the given moment.Guaranteed GPRS/EDGE/3G/HSPA+ download speed: 30–120 kbit/s; upload speed: 8–50 kbit/s. Guaranteed speeds are regulated by Annex 6, Section 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Our tariff package above is available beginning 1 January 2012 until revoked for all new, postpaid Corporate Hipernet tariff packages, with a 2-year loyalty period and a 2-year Internet service contract with a modem provided for the specific tariff package free of charge. The Hipernet service is available in the greater Budapest area and additional 671 localities. As network upgrades continue, the area covered will expand.
The tariff packages are also available with a 1-year Internet service contract; in this case, unlimited emailing and Internet browsing are not included (these are charged to your data traffic quota). For more information on these terms and conditions and modem prices, please visit our stores.

Unlimited emailing and browsing service:

Only with a 2-year loyalty period; then it is not charged against the data traffic quota included in the tariff package.

Browsing:

An activity carried out on platforms supporting web browsers that enables real-time access to, as well as display and publication of, data stored on web servers in text or image format with help of the Internet.
Emailing: a non real-time web-based data storage and transfer service that enables the sending and receiving of electronic messages.

All traffic types other than email and Internet browsing are charged to the data traffic limit. Other types of data traffic include but are not limited to net radio, Internet video (e.g. YouTube, Videa), voice and video chat, multimedia applications, online games, file sharing (e.g. P2P (BitTorrent, eDonkey, etc.), FTP, OCH (Rapid Share), etc.) and all other traffic types that may not be considered email or web browsing.

The above definitions of browsing and emailing are based on the definitions published by the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3.org) and the Internet Engineering Task Force (www.ietf.org).

100 GB extra night-time data traffic service:

Available free of charge with a 2-year service contract for Hipernet 21 and 42 tariff packages until the end of the loyalty period, and may be used for any type of traffic between 12 midnight and 7 a.m.

Telenor “Net Pajzs" service, 1 licence:

Available with a 2-year service contract after a 30-day trial period and provided without a monthly fee until the end of the loyalty period for subscriptions with Hipernet 7, 21 and 42 tariff packages. The Telenor “Net Pajzs” Internet Safety service protects all your important personal data and files stored on your PC or laptop against Internet threats during the term of your subscription. Telenor “Net Pajzs” provides you with protection against viruses and spyware, and a firewall.

The data traffic quota included in the monthly fee and the maximum upload and download speeds provided with the tariff package are only available for use within Hungary and through Telenor’s network. They cannot be carried over to the next month and, when the quota is reached, the available maximum download and upload speed is 256/128 kbps. The over-limit fee is HUF 0.
A text message on the status of the data traffic quota is sent via SMS when 80% and 100% of the data traffic quota included in the tariff package is reached. A prorated monthly fee will be charged for the period from ordering to the first invoicing. The promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
Data traffic is measured in units of 1 kB. The online (previously: WAP) APN is not available in the tariff packages.
