Work Life Balance

Törökbálint, half past eight in the morning. The Telenor bus arrives in front of the Telenor office. Several dozen workers get off the bus and start work at this early hour. They will be going home on one of the early-afternoon buses, getting back in time for the end of crèche or nursery, or perhaps for a language course. They have found the working hours which best suit them, something made possible for the flexible working time and contract buses Telenor provides.

Just one of the many ways we make it easier to reconcile the demands of work and family, allowing people to find the healthy balance between the two most important components of human life.

We have something to offer in nearly every area of life – family, health, sport, recreation, study – that helps people achieve a balance between work and private life:

  • part-time working in some positions,
  • work outside the office by remote access to the internal network,
  • Telenor family events (children’s day, Santa Claus),
  • Healthy eating facilities (Green Corner) in the Telenor House restaurant.
