  • It saves time as thanks to the electronic solution, you can view your bills while out of office.
  • It is a convenient solution, because you can pay the invoiced amount by bank transfer, direct debit, or by bank card via Telenor Online.
  • Fast and reliable. Bills are immediately available upon issuance; notification is sent via email regarding their arrival. Bills stored in electronic form are authentic and can be retrieved at any time for the next 8 years. Imagine how much space that many paper bills would occupy!
  • It is environmentally friendly as no paper is used to print the bill, and no postal payment order is sent. As a result, customers with a subscription to the electronic bill service contribute to protection of the environment, as this solution not only saves trees, but also reduces CO2 emissions stemming from paper transport.

Fee

The service is free of charge, and may be ordered under the “Account Information and Payment” menu item of Telenor Online.

The service is available to postpaid and Új Generációs (New Generation) prepaid customers.

Would you like to receive SMS notification regarding your monthly bills?

Order the Elektronikusszámla-értesítő SMS (Electronic bill notification SMS) service for a monthly fee, and notification will be sent via SMS when the bill is issued and again 5 days before the payment deadline.

The monthly subscription fee for the service is HUF 125 per billing address.

The service is available to Electronic bill postpaid customers and Új Generációs (New Generation) prepaid customers.

SMS notification may only be ordered or modified under the “Account Information and Payment” menu item of Telenor Online, under the “Order Electronic Bill” menu item.
