Advantages

By using the Mesterhármas service you can call your most frequently called business partners within Hungary from all of the company’s subscriptions at a favourable per-minute rate of gross HUF 10.5, thus optimizing your telephone costs.

Features

  • 3 Telenor mobile phone numbers (outside the company) may be selected.
  • The phone numbers selected for favourable rates may be modified every 30 days free of charge.
  • The service must be ordered for all subscriptions belonging to the same account number.
  • The favourable per-minute rates are only available for calls initiated within Hungary.
  • In case of service cancellation the service may only be reordered 30 days from the last registration.

  • The service may only be ordered by business clients in combination with one the following business tariff packages:

    • Üzleti Elit
    • Üzleti Expert
    • Üzleti Standard tariff packages
  • Upon customer-level activation of the Mesterhármas service, an SMS notifcation will be sent to all mobile numbers belonging to subscriptions for which the service has been activated.
  • The service may only be ordered for all subscriptions belonging to the given account number. Client level identification is required. As a result, the monthly fee for the service within the given account number is charged separately to each subscriber call number to which the service may be ordered. The 3 preferred numbers are the same for all subscriptions belonging to the same account number.
  • The discount does not pertain to international, reduced or premium rate call numbers, call numbers of other mobile service providers, landline call numbers or special call numbers of the Service Provider’s services (e.g. Voice Mail, short numbers).
  • The discount only pertains to the per-minute rates of calls, not to fees for SMS messages or calls initiated while roaming.
  • The preferred call numbers may not be listed among the numbers belonging to the Subscriber’s account number.
  • Calls made at favourable rates do not are not included in the traffic quota of the tariff package.
  • The entire monthly fee is charged in all cases when the service is ordered/cancelled.
  • The Service cannot be combined with the PartnerRégió and Egycsoport services.
