Keret Értesítő S, M and L (Keret alert)

With help of the Keret Értesítő service business clients can keep track of how much of their Üzleti Keret tariff package’s jointly usable monthly fee has been used by each subscriber . Thus, they have the opportunity to ensure optimal use of the monthly fee.

Features

If the specified limit has been reached notification is sent via SMS to the affected mobile numbers, to one notification number specified by the company, and upon request an email is sent to a given address.

Notification may be requested for three predetermined levels of traffic:

Keret Értesítő S: gross HUF 3,000
Keret Értesítő M: gross HUF 6,000
Keret Értesítő L: gross HUF 10,000

The only available limit options are the ones listed above. However one, two or even all three limits may be set for one telephone number. If you would like a different limit instead of the current one, the limit may be modified at the end of each billing period by cancelling one service and ordering the other.

Example Company XY has a subscription to the Üzleti Keret 21,000 tariff package. The company director orders the Keret Értesítő S service for the receptionist and the Keret Értesítő M service for the engineer and driver. (3 x HUF 385).
If the receptionist reaches the HUF 3,000 limit, the company director receives an SMS notifying them her that HUF 3,000 has been used up from the HUF 21,000 limit. When the driver and engineer both reach the HUF 6,000 limit, the company director knows that they have used up HUF 15,000 and have HUF 6,000 remaining from the limit.

Good to know.

The Keret Értesítő service merely provides information about the fact that a given traffic level has been reached. It does not entail any restrictions on further traffic.

Further information

• Multiple services may be ordered for one subscription. In this case multiple notifications are sent.
• The service may be ordered for individual call numbers, and different service packages may be ordered for each call number belonging to the same account number.
• The notification SMS and email messages generated by the Keret Értesítő service are for informational purposes only, i.e. differences may occur between the time the notification is sent and the time the limit is reached.
• Only traffic for which the monthly fee may be used counts toward the traffic level. Consequently, international roaming calls, premium rate services and data traffic are excluded.
• The monthly fees of Üzleti Keret tariff packages may be used for the following: normal rate voice calls within Hungary, voice mail calls, blue number calls, call forwarding with Telenor’s Hungarian network, UniKörzet and MultiKörzet calls and SMS messages within Hungary.
